Return and Exchange Policy:
At Lussera, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of receipt for all Made-to-Order and In-Stock items.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Items that are not returned in the condition stated above may be charged a restocking / reconditioning fee up to 20%.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at lusserafinejewerly@gmail.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item, and issue a return authorization number that must be included with the returned item.
Once we receive the item and confirm that it meets our return policy requirements, we will issue a refund or exchange as requested within 5 business days. Please note that return shipping is to be paid by the customer, unless the item received was damaged or defective. We are not responsible for any items lost in shipping, as we highly recommend insuring your package.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of the purchase date. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and issue a replacement or refund.
Custom Jewelry:
All custom jewelry sales are final. No returns on custom made pieces will be accepted. Once a deposit has been made, an order for custom piece/s can not be canceled.
